Top ten books with autumnal covers

Top ten books with autumnal covers

Top Ten Tuesday is a bookish meme originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and currently hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. Following on from last week’s introduction to autumn with our autumn TBR books, this week’s topic is also very seasonal – books covers that give off autumnal vibes. I did also try to pick books that feel vaguely autumnal, at least at certain points.

I’m pretty busy this week so I’m making this a quick post today, since the focus is on the vibe of the covers anyway! I did make a quick list at the bottom with links though in case you are interested in finding out more about any of the books.

The top six are all books I’ve read and enjoyed – including some all time favourites – and then the bottom four are on my TBR!

The Garden of Evening Mists | The Storied Life of A. J. Fikry | The Driftwood Girls
The Essex Serpent | Ghost Music | A Psalm for the Wild-Built | Strike the Zither
Jade Mountains & Cinnabar Pools | On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous
The Second Death of Locke

What books make you think of autumn? Have you read any of mine? Let me know!

I’m not usually a big crime/mystery reader (I prefer watching them), but I really liked this one, and my grandparents (who are very much crime/mystery readers) really liked it too when I gifted it to them!

THE STORIED LIFE OF A.J. FIKRY is a great read! I enjoyed the movie, too.

    Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

The Essex Serpent has THE nicest cover and I really want to read that! A Psalm for the Wild-Built has a great cover for fall and I’ve also been wanting to read On Earth We’re Briefly Gorgeous for a while. Awesome list 😀 Thanks for visiting my blog earlier 🙂

There was also a special edition of The Essex Serpent when it when Waterstones book of the year and that cover is also gorgeous, just a bit more wintery than autumnal! I really liked the book when I read it too.

Thank you! And thanks for visiting mine back!

I love how the colors of these books all seem to go together despite the differences in genre and target audience 🙂

Thank you! Yes, it wasn’t intentional but I kind of like the nice mix going on!
